Passive Fire Protection

Passive Fire Protection

Would your fire walls / floor stop a fire spreading?

The primary function of passive fire protection is to prevent the passage of fire and smoke within a fire compartment in a building. Compartments are divided up into manageable areas of the risk for a defined period of time. This allows critical time for occupants to escape and to provide a safe means of access for firefighters.
