PCUK’s experienced surveyors can locate all the fire dampers in your building. Using our Boris Software system we can annotate a drawing to mark them precisely. Using this software along with the information we get from the survey, we can build your maintenance programme / asset register.
We can ensure our client's fire dampers are compliant by being able to locate and maintain dampers. We also have in-house teams that can carry out remedial works and replace if needed.
Our field engineers can test and maintain all your fire dampers making sure you’re compliant with HTM 03-01 and BS 9999:2017. When testing the dampers, we can give each damper its own specific I.D. number which will relate to that specific damper throughout its life. This way you can track what works have been carried out giving each damper an online maintenance log.
We have taken the one stop approach a step further by being able to offer third party accredited fire stopping works. After replacing any dampers, we can fire stop around them and whilst carrying out damper maintenance, we can also inspect your compartmentation. This also eliminates the need for multiple contractors.
